Job summary

Siemens in Milan is seeking a Customer Service Professional for Repair & Return to manage warranty, repair and return processes. You will work with technical and administrative teams, Repair Centers, and HQ to fulfil customer requirements and ensure smooth handling of claims and orders.

The role requires knowledge of electrotechnics, strong English and Italian, and a proactive, autonomous approach within a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronics engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or a Technical High School diploma in a related field.
• Basic knowledge of electrotechnics and electronics.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and OneDrive.
• Proficiency in English and Italian.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new tools and technologies.
• Strong teamwork with diplomacy and high-quality interpersonal communication.
• Customer service orientation with initiative and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Warranty, Repair and Return processes, including warranty claims, repair operations, customer quotations, supplier order management, order fulfillment, and product returns.
• Collaborate with technical, administrative, Repair Centers and Siemens HQ teams within the division and with external stakeholders to fulfill requirements.
