Job summary

Siemens AG in Milan is seeking a Customer Service Professional for Repair & Return to manage end-to-end warranty and repair processes within the Digital Industries - Service Execution area.

You will collaborate with technical teams, Repair Centers and Siemens HQ, handling warranty claims, quotations, supplier orders, and product returns while maintaining a strong customer service focus and an autonomy-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electrotechnics and electronics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive).
• Strong willingness and ability to learn and adopt new tools and technologies.
• Strong teamwork and high-quality interpersonal communication.
• Proactive mindset with a strong customer service orientation and autonomy.
• Proficiency in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warranty, repair and return processes, including claims and quotations.
• Coordinate with repair centers and HQ teams to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with technical, administrative and external stakeholders to fulfill processes.
