GONEO New Energy in Milano is seeking a field-based business development professional to build and manage a precise distributor funnel for the Italian market, targeting high-value prospects.

You will identify key decision-makers, conduct on-site visits and negotiations, and align product presentations with customer requirements to drive conversion and contract signings. You'll manage orders through to delivery and foster ongoing orders.

Competenze

• 2-3 years work experience in renewable energy industry.

Mansioni

• Build and operate a precise distributor customer funnel for the Italian market, managing potential channels, prospective customers, and high-value targets through tiered management.
• Identify key decision-makers, conduct on-site visits/business negotiations, and complete company and product value presentations and requirement alignment.
• Lead business negotiations, contract signing, and sample delivery; drive conversion through regular follow-ups, and handle objections and contract term implementation.
• Facilitate cooperation signing, first orders, and continuous orders; be responsible for full-process order tracking, delivery follow-up, and daily channel management
