Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to implement and optimize laboratory automation and IT solutions at customer sites in Europe. The role requires travel across Italy and Europe, and fits a remote working model with substantial on-site support.

You will install, configure, validate and integrate systems; train staff; provide on-site and remote support; and ensure regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.
• Strong knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and laboratory workflows.
• Proficiency with IT systems, software tools, and diagnostic technologies.
• Fluency in Italian and English, plus another EU language.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration and integration of lab automation and IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for system reliability and performance.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers for effective adoption.
• Analyze workflows to optimize laboratory efficiency through automation.
• Act as a technical expert in automation solutions for customers and internal teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality standards in implementations.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D to deliver projects.
