Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist based in Italy to support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.

You’ll deliver on-site and remote training, provide technical support, collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D, and travel 50–70% across Italy and Europe as part of a global team.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and laboratory workflows.

Mansioni

• Support the installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers for effective adoption.
• Analyze workflows to optimize laboratory efficiency through automation.
• Act as a technical expert in automation solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high-quality standards.
