Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Italy seeks a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to implement, configure, and optimize laboratory automation and IT solutions. You will work closely with lab staff and customers to deploy systems and drive adoption of automation solutions.

The role requires strong communication, travel 50–70% across Italy/Europe, and fluency in Italian and English, with an EU language bonus. Remote work arrangements are available within a global team.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Experience with laboratory automation or diagnostic systems is favored.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers for effective system adoption.
• Analyze workflows to optimize laboratory efficiency through automation.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service and R&D to ensure project delivery.
