Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Italy is seeking a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to implement, configure, and optimize laboratory automation and IT solutions. You will support installation, integration, and validation while collaborating with customers and internal teams to improve workflows.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, customer-facing communication, and training delivery, with 50–70% travel across Italy and Europe.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.
• Proficiency with IT systems, software tools, and diagnostic technologies.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of lab automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers for effective adoption.
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to optimize efficiency through automation.
• Act as a technical expert supporting customers and internal teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality implementation standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, R&D to drive project delivery.
• Maintain documentation and reporting of system activities and improvements.
