Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to support installation, configuration, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems. The role involves on-site and remote technical support, training delivery, and collaboration with Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D teams.

Based in Italy with a remote working model. The ideal candidate will have a biomedical/IT background, fluency in Italian and English, and travel up to 70% across Europe.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and laboratory workflows.
• Proficiency with relevant IT systems, software tools, and diagnostic technologies.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills, with ability to deliver training and support effectively.
• Fluency in Italian and English, plus an additional EU language (Spanish, French, or German).
• Travel up to 50-70% across Italy or Europe and flexible working hours.
