Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to implement, configure, and optimize lab automation and IT solutions. Based in Italy with remote work flexibility, you will deploy diagnostic systems, train users, and support adoption across customer sites.

You will collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D to deliver projects, ensure compliance, and drive workflow improvements while traveling across Europe as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and laboratory workflows.
• Proficiency with IT systems, software tools, and diagnostic technologies.
• Fluency in Italian and English, plus an additional EU language (Spanish, French, or German).
• Flexibility to travel 50–70% across Italy/Europe.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers for effective system adoption.
• Analyze workflows to optimize laboratory efficiency through automation improvements.
• Act as a technical expert in automation solutions for customers and internal teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high-quality standards in implementations.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, R&D to ensure project success.
• Maintain documentation and reporting of system activities and improvements.
