Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Italy seeks a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to support installation, configuration, and optimization of laboratory automation and IT solutions across customer environments.

You will provide on-site and remote technical support, deliver training, and analyze workflows to improve efficiency while collaborating across Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D. Travel 50–70% across Europe is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering or Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in laboratory automation or diagnostic systems environments.
• Strong knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and workflows.
• Proficiency with IT systems and diagnostic technologies.
• Fluency in Italian and English, plus another EU language (Spanish/French/German).
• Travel 50–70% across Italy/Europe.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of lab automation and IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support; troubleshoot issues for reliability.
• Deliver training to lab staff and customers for effective adoption.
• Analyze workflows to optimize laboratory efficiency via automation improvements.
• Act as technical expert supporting customers and internal teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality implementation standards.
