Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to implement, configure, and optimize lab automation and IT solutions in customer environments. You will deploy diagnostic systems, provide on-site and remote support, and train staff to improve workflows and productivity.
Based in Italy with a remote work model, the role collaborates with cross-functional teams and travels across Italy and Europe.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in laboratory automation or diagnostic systems.
- Strong knowledge of automated diagnostic systems and middleware.
- Fluency in Italian and English; another EU language is a plus.
- Willingness to travel 50–70% across Italy and Europe.
Mansioni
- Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of lab automation and diagnostic IT systems.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support and troubleshoot issues.
- Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers on systems usage.
- Analyze workflows to optimize laboratory efficiency through automation.
- Act as technical expert and collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain quality standards.
