Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Italy is seeking a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to support installation, configuration, and optimization of laboratory automation and IT solutions. You will collaborate with laboratory staff and cross-functional teams to implement standardized and customized configurations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong technical knowledge, and Italian & English language proficiency, with 50–70% travel across Italy/Europe.

Competenze

• Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English, plus an additional EU language (Spanish, French, or German).
• Flexibility to travel 50–70% across Italy or Europe and work flexible hours.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers for effective system adoption.

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering

Master’s degree preferred
