Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Italy seeks a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to implement and optimize laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems. You will work with lab staff, customers, and cross-functional teams to configure, install, and tailor workflows.

Fluency in Italian and English, willingness to travel 50–70% across Italy and Europe, and strong training skills are essential. Remote work options and competitive benefits are offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in laboratory automation or diagnostic systems.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional EU language a plus.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of lab automation and IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers for effective adoption.
• Analyze workflows to optimize laboratory efficiency through automation.
• Act as technical expert supporting customers and internal teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality standards in implementations.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, R&D to deliver projects.
• Maintain documentation and reporting of system activity and improvements.
