Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Italy is seeking a Workflow & IT Solution Specialist to implement, configure, and optimize laboratory automation and IT solutions. You will work with laboratory staff and customers to deploy customized configurations and drive adoption of automation across healthcare settings.

The role reports to the Workflow & IT Manager within the Customer Service EMEA team and requires strong technical knowledge, Italian and English fluency, and travel across Italy/Europe.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience in laboratory automation, diagnostic systems, or related environments.
• Strong knowledge of automated diagnostic systems, middleware, and laboratory workflows.
• Proficiency with IT systems, software tools, and diagnostic technologies.

Mansioni

• Support installation, configuration, validation, and integration of laboratory automation and diagnostic IT systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Deliver training to laboratory staff and customers to ensure effective system adoption.
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to optimize laboratory efficiency through automation improvements.
• Act as a technical expert supporting customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality standards in all implementations.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Service, and R&D to ensure project success.
• Maintain documentation and reporting of system activities and continuous improvement actions.
