Job summary

Veeva Systems is a leading life sciences cloud company offering Vault CRM and connected products. As a Consultant, you will design and build solutions for top pharma organizations, guiding projects from initial design through delivery.

You will work with cross-border teams, travel about 20% of the time, and engage in workshops, UAT, and training sessions. Fluency in English is required, with additional European language skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated 3+ years of consulting experience or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer-facing activities and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Able to travel approximately 20%.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Implement Veeva Solutions: Participate in one or multiple Veeva product implementation or migration projects covering autonomously the assigned role (such as configuration specialist, functional analyst, solution architect or project manager)
• Configure and Customize: Get hands-on with Vault CRM, configuring and customizing solutions to meet our clients' specific needs
• Lead Client Engagements: Take ownership of client-facing activities, including leading workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training sessions. You will guide clients through the implementation process, from initial design to final delivery
• Provide Expert Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting the optimization and harmonization of their business processes. You will translate complex requirements into scalable solution designs
