Veeva is hiring across Europe. The Consultant Development Program accelerates early‑career professionals into high‑impact consultants delivering cloud and AI solutions for Life Sciences customers.

You’ll relocate to a hub (Barcelona, Frankfurt, London, Budapest, Warsaw/Wroclaw/Krakow), work hands‑on with customers, learn our platforms, and progress from Associate to Consultant in under 2 years. Start dates are April 2027 and September 2027; the role offers a starting salary of 28,000–48,000 EUR,

Qualifications

• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to relocate and work long-term at a hub location across Europe.
• Willingness to travel up to 20–30% of the time.
• Open to graduates with up to 2 years postgraduate experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration of our platform to fit customer business models.
• Conduct discovery workshops with stakeholders to map requirements and translate into specs.
• Own core implementation deliverables, build timelines, and track milestones from kickoff to go-live.
• Guide customers with best practices to maximize long-term value of our products.
