Job summary

Ruby Labs Ltd is seeking a highly systematic Lead Creative Producer to own and scale ad creative for our core D2C subscription product. You will lead ~10 people, own the creative strategy, and ensure every ad meets quality standards and compliance across networks.

You will report to the CMO and UA Lead, shaping concepts, directing the team, and driving performance with data-backed decisions. This is a high-impact, remote-ready leadership role with bonuses tied to targets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in performance marketing, creating ad creative for D2C or SaaS subscriptions.
• Hands-on experience producing ad concepts and leading a cross-functional creative team.
• Proven track record of high-spend campaigns meeting CPA and ROI targets.
• Experience with Meta, Google, Microsoft, Snapchat, TikTok, and Applovin, and ad-policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale creative strategy and quality for paid campaigns.
• Lead a team of producers and designers, setting briefs, templates, workflows, and speed.
• Analyse results, coach the team, and drive high‑performing creative across networks.
• Collaborate with UA to grow the brand across major ad networks.
