Fuller Technologies is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide remote technical assistance to field service technicians and customers in our Lombardy, Italy operations. You will troubleshoot electrical, automation, PLC, and drive-related issues, analyze alarms and PLC logic, and guide field teams through commissioning and maintenance in time-critical situations.

Competenze

• Good knowledge of industrial automation and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of PLC programming languages and PLC diagnostics.
• Experience with ABB and Control Techniques (CT) drives/inverters.
• Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and technical documentation.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in troubleshooting industrial machinery is highly desirable.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, for communication with international customers and technicians.

• Provide remote technical support to customers and field service technicians.
• Troubleshoot electrical, automation, PLC, and drive-related issues.
• Analyze machine alarms, PLC logic, parameters, and operating conditions to identify root causes.
• Support technicians during commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Provide guidance for corrective actions and technical problem resolution.
• Work with PLC programming languages for diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support industrial drives, particularly ABB and CT.
