• Support commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Provide guidance for corrective actions and problem resolution.
• Work with PLC programming languages for diagnostics.
• Configure and troubleshoot industrial drives, ABB and CT.
• Maintain technical documentation.
• Use Microsoft Office for reporting.
• Cooperate with engineering and service teams on escalation.
• Occasional short business trips for on-site support (~30%).
