We are a multinational company operating in the field of industrial automation and are looking for a technically skilled and customer-oriented professional to join our team in Verona, Italy.

In this role, you will combine your technical expertise with direct customer interaction, supporting our customers before and after the sale and helping them find the right solutions for their applications.

Your Tasks

• Provide technical support to customers during the pre- and post-sales process
• Visit customers across Italy to understand their technical and application requirements
• Analyze and resolve technical and application-related challenges
• Support customers in selecting suitable products and solutions
• Work closely with our existing Technical Department and contribute your expertise to customer projects
• Support the Back Office team with quotations and technical calculations
• Act as a link between customers, the technical team and our international headquarters
• Travel regularly within Italy to meet customers and support projects on site

Your Profile

• Technical diploma, degree or equivalent qualification
• Basic knowledge or experience in industrial automation
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
• Ability to understand technical requirements and develop practical solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and a professional, reliable approach
• Willingness to travel throughout Italy
• Good command of English or German to communicate with our international headquarters
