Job summary

Fuller Technologies is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver remote technical assistance to customers and field technicians. You will troubleshoot electrical, automation, PLC, and drive-related issues, and support commissioning and maintenance in time-critical situations.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with industrial automation, PLC programming, and knowledge of ABB and Control Techniques drives. Strong English communication and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong hands-on experience with industrial automation and electrical systems.
• Experience reading electrical diagrams and technical documentation.
• Proficient with PLC programming and diagnostics.
• Experience with ABB and Control Techniques drives is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to customers and field service technicians.
• Troubleshoot electrical, automation, PLC, and drive-related issues.
• Analyze alarms, PLC logic, parameters, and conditions to identify root causes.
• Support commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Provide guidance for corrective actions and technical problem resolution.
• Work with PLC programming languages for diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Configure and support ABB and CT drives/inverters.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and service information.
• Use Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams when escalation is needed.
• Occasionally travel for on-site support (about 30% of time).
