IMA Group in Rimini, Italy, is seeking a Customer Service - Software Technician 1 to act as the primary contact for customers after sale, supporting installation and ongoing service for pharmaceutical machinery. You will promote spare parts, upgrades, and maintenance packages while coordinating with technical teams.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Technical education background in electronics or automation.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for short periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a technical-sales mindset.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, branches, and agents for post-sale activities and promotions of spare parts and upgrades.
• Coordinate with customers to resolve service issues and oversee installation of systems and production lines.
• Manage technical interventions at customer sites, including commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automation components.
• Conduct courtesy visits to promote spare parts, maintenance packages, and upgrades.
• Resolve issues directly or with internal technical departments.
