Keywords Studios' Engage team is recruiting an Account Manager to deliver client work and act as a strategic partner across social and community initiatives. You will manage CM Leads and community teams, ensuring projects meet timelines and quality standards while aligning with client goals.

You will collaborate with strategists, project managers, and the influencer team, driving client satisfaction, retention, and profitable delivery.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Account Management / Client Services in a creative, marketing, or advertising agency — ideally within the video games or entertainment industry.
• Availability to work in a European time zone.
• Leadership skills and the ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, production) to deliver work.
• Good understanding of how digital marketing comes together within an agency, and of how creative and strategy functions contribute to a campaign — ideally in the video games industry.
• Ability to write clear, compelling briefs and translate client objectives into actionable work for creative and strategy teams.
• A 'can-do' attitude and great communication skills.
• Strong client-facing and negotiation skills, with the confidence to manage senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively and decisively under pressure.
• Ability to handle multiple project types concurrently and prioritise tasks.
• Ability to prepare, interpret, and effectively utilise management information and status reports.
• Ability to analyse problems, recommend, and implement effective solutions to difficult and politically sensitive situations, with the support of the Account Director.
• Confident competency using spreadsheet and project management software.

• Maintain client strategic partnerships and understand the client’s business to achieve social/community goals.
• Ensure client expectations are managed via timely, clear communication.
• Manage project teams including line management of CM Leads to deliver work on time and to a high standard.
• Collaborate with multiple teams across capabilities for a seamless service.
• Assist Account Directors with pitches to existing and new clients; identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee invoicing to ensure monthly submission following defined processes.
• Drive AI adoption for Community Management to increase velocity and profitability.
