Air Apps in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Community Manager to build, grow, and engage our user community across forums, social media, and user groups. The role requires strong communication, creativity, and a passion for community engagement to enhance user experience and brand loyalty.

This is a fully onsite position based at our Lisbon office; relocation support is available. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to maintain a welcoming, vibrant community and deliver

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in community management, social media management, or customer engagement.
• Experience managing online communities, forums, or social media groups (e.g., Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups, Slack).
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to engage and inspire users.
• Experience with community-building tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations, mediate conflicts, and enforce guidelines.
• Experience planning and executing community-driven events or initiatives.
• Passion for building relationships and fostering brand loyalty.
• Ability to analyze engagement data and adjust strategies.
• Experience in fast-paced digital environments with a user-centric mindset.
