Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
Typically 6–10 years experience in sales operations or related roles.
Strong analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.
Experience designing and implementing sales processes and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent English and local language.
Ability to communicate architectures and negotiate with senior management.

Responsibilities

Lead teams designing and implementing sales forecasting, analytics, quotes, pricing, and order management.
Consult with senior leaders to identify relevant analytics and outcomes.
Develop and maintain the sales operations framework, forecasts and budgets.
Manage relationships with internal and external partners for quality audits and culture.
Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff.
Drive integration of new technologies into sales operations tools.
