Jobgether is seeking a Recruitment Lead based in Italy to guide a remote team of Recruitment Specialists in an international talent acquisition environment. You will own recruitment pipelines, coach colleagues, and ensure high‑quality assessments, client updates, and successful placements while partnering with the founders to shape workflows.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in full-cycle recruitment in agency or high-growth environment.
• Experience leading or mentoring recruiters is advantageous.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills with clear decision explanations.
• Excellent client-facing communication and proactive status updates.

Responsabilidades

• Review and approve candidate scorecards before client submission.
• Observe interviews and provide targeted coaching.
• Attend client interviews and translate observations into feedback.
• Manage weekly team performance scoreboard and placements.
• Monitor active pipelines and intervene to prevent delays.
• Provide weekly written updates to clients on open positions.
• Coordinate handover to People Lead after offer and identify new opportunities.
• Manage one or two searches end-to-end.
• Distribute new searches across the team based on capacity.
• Train new recruiters and refine SOPs.
• Monitor KPIs like 90-day retention and timelines.
• Follow a 30/60/90 onboarding plan.
