Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Italy is seeking a Contract Full-Cycle Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment engagements across diverse professional specialties and seniority levels in a remote, independent-contractor role.

You will lead searches from intake and sourcing through candidate assessment, presentation, and placement, building pipelines, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate ATS records with a high-touch, consultative approach.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience across multiple specialties and seniority levels.
• Proficient with ATS systems (Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Workday).
• Strong written and verbal client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Own searches from intake to placement across client engagements.
• Lead intake discussions to define role requirements and timelines.
• Develop tailored search strategies and manage full-cycle assignments.
• Build targeted pipelines via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Present qualified candidates with evidence-based summaries.
• Maintain ATS records and communicate progress to clients.
• Coordinate interviews and offer communications with clients.
