• Experience with direct sourcing, candidate engagement, and closing candidates in competitive markets.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership, director-level, and specialist roles across Commercial, Operations and Support.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate business objectives into clear hiring strategies and assessment criteria.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using market intelligence and direct outreach.
• Facilitate recruitment kick-offs and hiring discussions to align stakeholders and make evidence-based decisions.
• Coach Talent Acquisition colleagues through search reviews and calibration sessions.
• Manage senior-level candidate relationships, negotiations, and sensitive conversations to maintain momentum.
