The Adaptavist Group is seeking a Consulting Solutions Engineer to drive technical engagement in pre-sales, designing scalable DevOps, ITSM, and work management solutions for customers worldwide.

As a remote-first, flexible employer, you will lead workshops, deliver tailored demos, and develop proofs of concept that align technical capabilities with business outcomes, collaborating with Account Executives and Field CTO Practices.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent Italian written and verbal.
• Experience in Solutions Engineering or Consulting roles.
• Strong experience in pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools: GitLab, Harness, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bitbucket, TeamCity.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with secrets management platforms (Vault, AWS Secrets, Azure Secrets).
• Containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, OpenShift).
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, Go).
• Service Management platforms (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow).
• ITSM processes knowledge (incident, problem, change, request).
• ITIL knowledge.
• Work Management platforms (Jira, Asana, Monday.com).
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
• Experience running workshops, demos, and disse.

Aufgaben

• Pre-Sales Technical Support and collaboration with Account Executives.
• Lead discovery sessions across DevOps, Service Management and Work Management.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations spanning CI/CD, ITSM/ESM workflows, and work management use cases.
• Create solution scoping documents and pricing inputs for quotes and SOWs.
• Deliver proofs of concepts (POCs) to validate solutions.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with technical input.
• Design end-to-end DevOps solutions (CI/CD, IaC, cloud-native).
• Design end-to-end service management solutions (ITSM/ESM).
• Design scalable work management solutions for team collaboration.
• Translate requirements into scalable architectures; define workflows, data models, integration patterns, and automation strategies.
• Produce architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
• Act as trusted advisor on software delivery, service operations, and team collaboration.
• Advise on operating models, governance and transformation strategies.
• Stay current with tools, frameworks and industry trends.
• Collaborate with Field CTO Practices and marketing to relay feedback and influence roadmaps.
• Work with Sales and Delivery to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and reusable solution assets.
• Establish networks within core vendor partnerships.
