World Food Programme in Rome, Italy, is seeking a CST HR & Payroll transformation specialist to support the One Payroll Programme. The role covers business analysis, requirements gathering, and system design for payroll transformations across HR processes.

You will coordinate testing, cutover activities, and change management to ensure a smooth transition to standardized payroll operations. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in HR transformation, strong Excel skills, and experience with Workday

Competenze

Three to five years of post-graduate professional experience in Human Resources with an interest in international humanitarian development.
Experience in data analysis, business analysis, testing and system deployment is an added value.
Knowledge of HR data, rules and regulations; UN experience is an asset.

Mansioni

Provide functional support for HR and payroll-related processes and systems during transformation.
Act as focal point for HR users worldwide, resolving system- and payroll-related issues.
Monitor tickets, ensure timely resolution and escalate complex issues when needed.
Collaborate with HR, TEC, Finance and other stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.
Support data quality and integrity across HR/payroll processes.
