World Food Programme is seeking a CST HR & Payroll transformation (level 1) specialist to support the One Payroll Programme. The role covers end-to-end payroll process design, testing, and cutover activities, ensuring business continuity and data integrity across HR systems.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of post-graduate professional experience in Human Resources
• Experience in data analysis, business analysis, testing and system deployment is an asset
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN language is an asset

Mansioni

• Contribute to the implementation of One Payroll and payroll transformation initiatives
• Support business analysis, requirements gathering and process design across core HR and payroll processes
• Prepare and execute system, integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate scenarios
• Support cutover and go-live activities ensuring payroll continuity
• Assist in data reconciliation and validation of payroll outputs during transformation
