World Food Programme in Rome, Italy, seeks an HRMOI Org & Security Analyst (Consultant) to strengthen data governance and security of HR organizational data in Workday and related systems. The role supports governance, audits, and data quality across HR processes.

Reporting to the Lead of Organization, Positions and HR System Security, you will cleanse data, align structures between Global HQ and Country Office, and ensure compliant access controls.

Competenze

• Advanced university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics or Finance, or First level university degree with additional relevant work experience.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday) including configuration and data management.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work across technical and business teams.

Mansioni

• Strengthen data governance controls and validate organizational data in Workday and related systems.
• Align organizational structures between Global HQ and Country Office, including hierarchies and financial objects.
• Assist with access reviews, SoD conflict identification, and mitigation actions.
• Support audit readiness and documentation for HR data security and system changes.
