World Food Programme in Rome seeks a Consultant HR to support Human Capital Management projects and HR operations within an international environment. The role focuses on knowledge management, onboarding, onboarding dashboards, and case management across HR workflows.

The successful candidate will coordinate inputs from stakeholders, guide ateam, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR information systems and content across WFP platforms.

• Knowledge of business principles and UN/WFP processes.
• Ability to build relationships with HR counterparts and staff.

Mansioni

• Contribute to the HRM project as SME for knowledge articles and tools.
• Help improve WD case management; support Leave, Absence and Time cases.
• Oversee, train and guide HRMOGA colleagues on Leave, Absence and Time cases.
• Contribute to the document management framework for HR Global Operations.
• Manage work plan and inputs for the HR documents management group.
• Content Manager for HRMOGA on HR information on WFP platforms and knowledge portal.
• Develop content for HR Online Global Onboarding embedded in Workday.
• Review offboarding tools and participate in knowledge management initiatives.
• Contribute to onboarding dashboard and journey concepts with WD team.
• Coordinate Adobe contract management with UNOG and related admin tasks.
• Guide HRMOGA team members and provide problem-solving support on cases.
