Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and genuine interest in helping people access learning opportunities.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach with initiative and follow-through.
• Basic technical proficiency with digital platforms and online tools.
• Nice to have: experience in coaching, onboarding, training, customer support, or member success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct short, personalized onboarding and coaching sessions with new members to introduce the platform and its learning opportunities.
• Guide users through the platform, explain features, and help identify relevant training courses.
• Encourage engagement by motivating users to explore resources and book their first training session.
• Act as the primary point of contact for members during onboarding, providing timely guidance and support.
• Understand learning preferences and adapt communication accordingly.
• Identify onboarding questions and feedback to improve the member experience.
• Foster a welcoming, informative, and motivated learning environment.
