Jobgether is a fast-growing social content agency serving leading brands and scale-ups across the DACH market. We are seeking a Founders Associate based in Italy to work directly with the founder, gain exposure to strategic decisions, and own high-impact projects that help teams scale as the business grows.

This fully remote role offers significant autonomy from day one, with opportunities to contribute across sales, operations, marketing, and business development, and a clear path to leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in growth and strategy.
• Excellent organizational skills to coordinate multiple projects.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to work across functions and responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate directly with the founder on strategic priorities.
• Own key projects across multiple business functions.
• Build, optimize, and document internal processes to enable growth.
• Coordinate activities between teams and keep projects on track.
• Research new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Identify operational challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Support customer relationships and sales initiatives.
• Adapt to changing priorities and provide support wherever needed.
