Reed Talent Solutions is seeking a Mobility Strategy & Corporate Development Manager to join an international automotive organisation during a pivotal expansion phase. Based in Italy with remote work and occasional travel, you will shape growth strategy across Europe and beyond, leading strategic initiatives, evaluating partnerships and potential acquisitions.

You will build financial models, provide investor-grade analyses, and present recommendations to senior leadership and the board,

Competenze

• Proven experience in Strategy, Corporate Development, M&A, Transaction Services, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and business case development capabilities.
• Experience assessing growth opportunities, partnerships, acquisitions, or market entry strategies.
• Excellent commercial acumen and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret market data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
