Reed Talent Solutions is representing an international automotive organisation seeking a Mobility Strategy & Corporate Development Manager to drive expansion. Based in Italy, the role is remote with occasional travel and exposure to senior leadership and global OEM partners.

• Proven experience in Strategy, Corporate Development, or related investing roles.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and business case development capabilities.
• Experience assessing growth opportunities, partnerships, acquisitions, or market entry strategies.
• Excellent commercial acumen and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex market data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to present to senior leadership.

• Develop and refine mobility strategy, identifying new market opportunities, partnership models, and growth initiatives.
• Lead corporate development activities including acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and partnership evaluations.
• Build financial models, investment cases, and commercial assessments to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis across the automotive and mobility sectors.
• Evaluate market entry strategies and expansion opportunities across multiple regions.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to translate strategic plans into executable initiatives.
• Monitor and report on industry trends, competitive activity, and strategic project performance.
• Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
