Reed Talent Solutions is seeking a Mobility Strategy & Corporate Development Manager to drive strategic growth across Europe from Italy, with remote work and occasional travel.

You will partner with senior leadership and OEM partners to shape long-term mobility strategy, assess partnerships, and lead market-entry initiatives. The role demands strong financial modelling, deal experience, and a commercial mindset to identify high-impact opportunities.

Competenze

• Proven experience in strategy or corporate development-related roles.
• Experience evaluating growth opportunities, partnerships, acquisitions, or market entry strategies.
• Strong financial modelling and business case development skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior leadership.

Mansioni

• Develop and refine mobility strategy, identify new market opportunities and growth initiatives.
• Lead corporate development activities including acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
• Build financial models, investment cases, and commercial assessments.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis across mobility sectors.
• Evaluate market entry strategies and expansion opportunities across regions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to implement plans.
• Monitor industry trends and report on project performance.
• Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior leadership and board.
