Reed Talent Solutions is seeking a Mobility Strategy & Corporate Development Manager to drive strategic growth across Europe while working remotely from Italy with occasional travel. You will shape partnerships, investments and market-entry initiatives at a leadership level.

The role requires a strong background in strategy, corporate development and dealmaking, with excellent financial modelling and stakeholder management skills. English language proficiency is essential.

• Proven experience in strategy, corporate development, M&A, or related fields.
• English speaking required.
• Strong financial modelling and business case development capability.
• Ability to translate market data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience presenting insights to senior leadership.

Mansioni

• Develop and refine mobility strategy and identify growth opportunities across European markets.
• Lead corporate development activities including acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
• Build financial models, investment cases and commercial assessments for decision making.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis in mobility sectors.
• Evaluate market entry strategies and expansion opportunities across regions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to translate strategy into initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and report on project performance.
• Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
