Reed Talent Solutions is sourcing a Mobility Strategy & Corporate Development Manager for an international automotive client based in Italy, offering remote work with travel. You will shape growth opportunities across Europe, partnering with senior leadership and OEM players to drive strategic initiatives and transformational plans.

The role emphasizes financial modelling, market entry strategies, and stakeholder engagement, with exposure to acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.

Competenze

• Proven experience within Strategy, Corporate Development, M&A, Transaction Services, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting.
• English speaking required
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and business case development capability.
• Experience assessing growth opportunities, partnerships, acquisitions, or market entry strategies.
• Excellent commercial acumen and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex market data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership teams.

Mansioni

• Develop and refine the mobility strategy, identifying new market opportunities, partnership models, and growth initiatives.
• Lead corporate development activities including acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and partnership evaluations.
• Build financial models, investment cases, and commercial assessments to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis across the automotive and mobility sectors.
• Evaluate market entry strategies and expansion opportunities across multiple regions.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to translate plans into initiatives.
• Monitor and report on industry trends, competitive activity, and project performance.
• Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
