Reed Talent Solutions is seeking a Mobility Strategy & Corporate Development Manager to guide European growth within a dynamic automotive landscape. The role offers exposure to senior leadership and OEM partners, with remote work from Italy and periodic travel.

You will shape mobility strategy, assess partnerships and investments, and build business cases to support expansion across Europe and beyond.

Competenze

Experience in strategy, corporate development, M&A, or related advisory roles.
Excellent business sense and analytical skills.
Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Mansioni

Develop and refine the mobility strategy with new market opportunities and growth initiatives.
Lead corporate development activities including acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships.
Build financial models, investment cases, and commercial assessments.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis across mobility sectors.
Evaluate market entry strategies and expansion opportunities across regions.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to translate plans into action.
Monitor industry trends and project performance; report to leadership.
Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior leadership and the board.
