Reed Talent Solutions is seeking a Mobility Strategy & Corporate Development Manager for an international automotive organisation. Based in Italy with remote work and occasional travel, you will shape growth strategy across Europe and beyond, working with senior leadership and OEM partners to identify opportunities and lead strategic initiatives.

You will build financial models, evaluate partnerships, and present recommendations to the board.

Competenze

Proven experience in strategy, corporate development, M&A, or related advisory roles.
Strong English communication and presentation skills.
Advanced financial modelling and investment analysis capabilities.

Mansioni

Develop and refine mobility strategy and growth initiatives across European markets.
Lead corporate development activities including partnerships, acquisitions, and JV evaluations.
Build financial models, investment cases and commercial assessments for strategic decisions.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the mobility sector.
Translate strategy into executable initiatives with cross-functional teams.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and boards.
