Reed Talent Solutions is seeking a Mobility Strategy & Corporate Development Manager to shape growth across European markets. The role involves strategic initiatives, partnerships, and investments, working closely with senior leadership and OEM partners.

You will build financial models, evaluate opportunities, and lead market entry strategies while engaging cross-functional teams to deliver actionable recommendations.

Competenze

• Proven experience within Strategy, Corporate Development, M&A, Transaction Services, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting.
• English speaking required
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and business case development capability.
• Experience assessing growth opportunities, partnerships, acquisitions, or market entry strategies.
• Excellent commercial acumen and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex market data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership teams.

Mansioni

• Develop and refine the organisation's mobility strategy, identifying new market opportunities, partnership models, and growth initiatives.
• Lead corporate development activities including acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and partnership evaluations.
• Build financial models, investment cases, and commercial assessments to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis across the automotive and mobility sectors.
• Evaluate market entry strategies and expansion opportunities across multiple regions.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to translate strategic plans into executable initiatives.
• Monitor and report on industry trends, competitive activity, and strategic project performance.
• Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
