Phenomenex Italy is seeking an Account Manager on a fixed-term contract to maintain and grow a territory of key accounts in Northern Italy.

You will visit customers, build relationships with decision makers, and ensure sales targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams; travel 10-20%. Fluent Italian and English required; a Bachelor's in Chemistry/Biology is essential. The role offers a gross salary range of €40,000–€57,000 with a €21,000 bonus and a company car/home office allowance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology or related Science required.
• Ability to analyze, negotiate and present concepts clearly.
• Strong planning and resource allocation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of sales principles and negotiation.
• Good knowledge of Chromatography with experience in scientific products sales.

Mansioni

• Coordinate customer visits to provide technical information, product demonstrations and seminars.
• Build account relationships beyond the buying level to engage key decision makers.
• Ensure territory meets sales, gross profit, and unit goals.
• Develop business plans and sales strategies with the Sales Manager.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor colleagues.
