Phenomenex is hiring an Account Manager for the Italian team, covering the Northern territory from a remote setup. The role focuses on maintaining key accounts, delivering technical demonstrations, and driving sales growth while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements include a Chemistry/ Biology background, strong sales and chromatography knowledge, and fluency in Italian and English. Travel of 10–20% and a company car are part of the package.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology or related science.
• Ability to analyze and negotiate; communicate difficult concepts.
• Advanced knowledge of sales principles and ability to identify opportunities.
• Good knowledge of Chromatography.
• Strong Italian and English communication skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate customer visits for technical information, demonstrations, and seminars.
• Build relationships with key decision makers within accounts.
• Ensure territory meets sales and gross profit goals.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to develop business plans and strategies.
• Mentor and train colleagues as needed.
