Phenomenex, part of Danaher, is hiring an Account Manager to cover customers in Northern Italy with remote work. The role focuses on maintaining key accounts, providing advanced service and technical support, and achieving sales and profit goals.

You will travel 10–20% and must hold a Bachelor's in Chemistry or Biology, with strong Chromatography knowledge and sales negotiation skills in Italian and English. A company car and home office allowance are included.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology or other related Science required.
• Ability to analyze, facilitate dialogue across a group or team, communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with others to adopt a new or different point of view.
• Ability to strategically plan, organize, and allocate resources to meet the needs of the business.
• Advanced knowledge of sales principles and methods of negotiation, and demonstrated advanced capability to identify business opportunities.
• Good knowledge of Chromatography (with at least two years of experience in laboratory or scientific products sales).
• Strong communication skills in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Coordinate customer visits to provide technical information, product demonstration and/or technical seminar.
• Build account relationships beyond the buying level to ensure involvement of key decision makers with new and existing customers.
• Ensure that assigned territory meets sales, gross profit, and unit goals.
• Work together with the Sales Manager to develop business plans, and sales strategies for key accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functionals teams and act as a resource for colleagues which may include coaching, mentoring, and training.
