Job summary

Axis Communications AB in Rome is seeking a Key Account Manager – End Customer to drive sales for selected end customer companies and develop business plans for existing and new large accounts. This remote-based role requires coordinating with multiple Axis departments to manage 360-degree customer relations and achieve defined targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering and/or Business Administration.
• 5+ years in Sales for Italy, National/Key Accounts for large end customers.
• Experience with indirect B2B sales.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure preferred.
• Experience with complex sales management in fast-paced environments.
• Strong account management and team-building skills.
• Proven ability to build strategic and trusted relationships at all levels.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of physical or cyber security market is an advantage.
• Fluency in Italian and good English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales targets and KPIs for assigned end customer accounts.
• Develop and map accounts, creating strategic business plans.
• Manage strategic accounts across product lines and geographies.
• Coordinate with Sales, BDR, Marketing, Sales Engineers and Post-Sales teams.
• Engage in associations, tradeshows and events to generate opportunities.
• Maintain updates in Salesforce and share major information across teams.
