Axis Communications AB is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager - End Customer for Italy, based in Assago near Milan. You will drive engagement with End Customer accounts, develop opportunities, and collaborate with KAM EC and A&E teams to expand the customer base across Italy.

The role requires 3+ years of sales experience, fluent Italian and proficient English, and CRM experience (preferably Salesforce).

Competenze

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years’ sales experience, preferably in security or IT.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.

Mansioni

• Act as the day-to-day inside sales point of contact for End Customer accounts
• Identify, contact and develop new stakeholders within assigned End Customers
• Support the KAM EC and A&E Manager in executing agreed account plans
• Support Territory Sales teams in the development of End Customers within their respective territories
• Drive proactive customer engagement through phone, Teams, email and digital channels
• Set clear objectives for customer meetings, discovery calls and visits
• Identify, generate, qualify and develop leads and sales opportunities for End Customers
• Develop and maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely updates
• Coordinate customer engagement activities, including customer visits, meetings, webinars, seminars, trainings
• Coordinate internal Axis resources to respond effectively to customer needs and progress
• Provide regular reporting on customer activity, engagement, pipeline, opportunities, risks and required actions
