Axis Communications in Assago near Milan is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager - End Customer (ISAM EC) to drive commercial engagement and sales activities for Italian End Customer and Architecture & Engineering accounts. You will collaborate with KAM EC and A&E Manager to expand coverage and nurture opportunities.

You will build relationships, qualify leads, reactivate dormant accounts, and ensure timely follow-up across the sales cycle.

Competenze

3+ years' sales experience, preferably in security or IT.
Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Mansioni

Act as the day-to-day inside sales point of contact for End Customer accounts.
Proactively identify and develop new stakeholders within assigned End Customers.
Support KAM EC and A&E Manager in executing account plans.
Coordinate with Territory Sales to develop End Customers in their territories.
Drive proactive engagement via phone, Teams, email and digital channels.
Maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline and accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
Coordinate customer visits, webinars, trainings and other activities.
