Cbtalents is hiring an Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist for a remote project based in Portugal. You will provide support in Italian and English, troubleshoot technical inquiries, document cases, and strive to turn challenging experiences into positive outcomes.

Competenze

Fluent in Italian and English.
Tech-savvy with comfortable handling technical inquiries.
Strong communication skills.
Good problem-solving ability and quick thinking.

Able to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
